Solicitor - Litigation/Commercial (consultant role)

Commercial / Corporate / Litigation solicitor required for London commercial law firm based in South Bank area. Ideally you will have experience in preparing / negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts. Litigation, corporate law and intellectual property experience also valued. The role is consultancy-based and may therefore suit those seeking flexible working arrangements (including working from home if desired) or self-employed consultant solicitors who already provide freelance services to one or more law firms.
