ICU AND EMERGENCY NURSE

We are seeking a skilled ICU And Emergency Nurse to join our team at Avanta Healthcare Pvt Ltd. As an ICU And Emergency Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the intensive care unit and emergency department. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The junior level of experience required for this role is 1 to 3 years. Qualifications And Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license
• 1-3 years of experience in intensive care unit and emergency nursing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of patient safety principles
• Ability to assess and prioritize patient needs
• Proficient in using medical equipment and technology
• Familiarity with infection control protocols

Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the intensive care unit and emergency department
• Assess and monitor patients, including vital signs, symptoms, and medical history
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Assist with medical procedures and emergency interventions
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care
