LINE MAN Wongnai is Thailand’s leading on-demand delivery and lifestyle e-commerce platform.We are now expanding into the beauty, dental, and service industries including spas, salons, and wellness businesses under the brand JERA.
To support this exciting business growth, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for customers using our JERA Cloud system.
What you’ll Do:
- Provide product guidance and customer support through various channels such as phone, LINE Official Account, and Facebook.
- Conduct product training sessions for customers both online (e.g., Google Meet) and on-site.
- Perform remote installation and troubleshooting via TeamViewer and AnyDesk.
- Gather customer feedback and usage issues to help improve the product and training materials.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What you’ll Need:
- Open to both experienced professionals and individuals eager to learn about technology and customer service.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or technical support (fresh graduates with relevant interests are welcome)
- Experience with software, POS, or beauty/service businesses is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-minded attitude.
- Positive mindset and ability to handle challenges effectively.
- Tech-savvy, with good computer and internet skills (knowledge of network systems, IP, and Wi-Fi is an advantage).
