Role:

Kitchen team members at Chick-fil-A are responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to Chick-fil-A's recipes and quality standards. They work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook menu items such as chicken sandwiches, nuggets, salads, and sides according to Chick-fil-A's recipes and procedures.
2. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
3. Monitor food temperatures and cooking times to ensure food is cooked to the appropriate specifications.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
5. Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and restocking supplies as needed.
6. Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy periods.
7. Follow Chick-fil-A's standards for portion control, presentation, and food quality.
