Job Description

The Junior Art Director is a developing professional who contributes to the development of visual ideas and creative execution within the team. This role actively participates in the creation of assets and campaigns, bringing a fresh perspective, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn, while strengthening their skills in design, visual storytelling, and brand building.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute creative assets across different formats and channels.

• Support idea generation in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.

• Apply design principles (typography, color, composition) to deliverables.

• Adapt assets according to brand guidelines and client requirements.

• Assist in the creation of presentations and visual materials.

• Collaborate with copywriters and multidisciplinary teams (strategy, account, production).

• Actively participate in project development and team culture.

• Receive and apply feedback to improve work quality.

• Manage assigned tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 year of experience in design, advertising, or creative fields (internships included).

• A portfolio demonstrating creative potential and design skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion/video skills are a plus.

• Interest in design, brands, trends, and culture.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Communication skills, teamwork, and a learning attitude.
