Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Full-Time NOC & PRN
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct resident care and support daily needs
- Administer medications and treatments safely
- Monitor residents and report changes to the RN
- Support and collaborate with CNAs
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
What You Bring
- Active Montana LPN license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- LTC/SNF experience a plus

Requirements
Education
Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.
Licenses/Certification
Current valid LPN license in the state employed.
Valid CPR certification.
Experience
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
