Engagement Type: Fractional (Full-time or part-time, 1 - 3 month contract)
The Work
(What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)
You will be leading the design direction for two website redesigns inside a creative team with strong strategic backing. The kind of project where your decisions actually shape the final product.
- Lead design direction across two simultaneous website redesigns for a major brand
- Drive the work forward as the primary design lead, owning decisions from UX strategy to final execution
- Build and maintain design systems and shared component libraries that work across both sites
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and align the design team around a unified creative vision
- Partner with product and development teams to make sure what gets designed actually gets built
- Keep quality high and timelines moving across both projects simultaneously
Needed Expertise
(What you need to succeed in the role)
- Proven experience as a Design Director or Senior Design Lead on web projects
- Strong UX sensibility with deep experience building and managing design systems
- Expert level Figma proficiency including component libraries, shared systems, and handoff
- Comfortable leading a design team and presenting to client stakeholders
- Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously without losing quality
