Our client is seeking a Sales & Operations Associate to support both revenue growth and operational execution.
This hybrid role combines sales support, customer relationship management, and order fulfillment coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and enjoys balancing client interaction with operational precision.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Support outbound prospecting and lead generation efforts

Build and maintain strong B2B customer relationships

Maintain accurate CRM records (sales activity, customer interactions, order status)

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Prepare quotes and share product information

Coordinate product sample shipments
Operations & Order Management

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

Coordinate with suppliers and freight partners to ensure timely fulfillment

Track shipments and proactively communicate updates to customers

Maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics providers

Resolve order discrepancies and customer concerns professionally
General & Administrative

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
Required

2+ years of experience in sales of physical products (non-software)

2+ years of experience in order fulfillment or operations (physical goods)

Strong English proficiency (C1–C2, written and verbal)

Excellent communication skills (phone, email, messaging)

Experience with tools such as Pipedrive, Apollo, and Microsoft Office
