YOUR MISSION
- Own commercial operations and trading activities for PUMA.com direct-to-consumer business
- Be responsible for revenue growth and profitability improvement for channel
- Support creation and overseeing the overall promotional strategy for eu.PUMA.com.
- Drive key initiatives and complex cross functional projects
- Define and monitor business KPIs, ensure stable operational processes
- Identify inefficiencies and drive for synergies and process improvements
- Coordinate activities amongst relevant teams – Commercial, Merchandising, Content and Marketing to ensure unified and relevant customer experience
- Identify, assess and create proposals for new opportunities, business models or resource allocation. Drive and project manage implementation of strategic initiatives.
YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant area
- First relevant work experience (at least 1 year) in eCommerce or Digital Industry
- Knowledge of standard Retail / eCOM processes and KPIs
- Strong analytical skills - ability to gather data and create meaningful analysis or reports
- Commercial mindset and ability to prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English, fluency in German or another European language is a plus.
