A well-established, internationally connected organisation is seeking a commercially astute and
operationally strong CA(SA) to join their leadership team as Financial Manager.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a hands-on finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced,
high-volume environment and enjoys partnering closely with operations to drive financial
performance, process improvement, and strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the full finance function while contributing
to business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead monthly financial reporting and management accounts
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes
• Provide financial insight and performance analysis to senior leadership
• Manage cashflow, balance sheet integrity, and financial controls
• Ensure compliance with statutory, audit, and governance requirements
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation
• Oversee ERP system data integrity and reporting enhancements
• Partner with operational stakeholders to improve profitability and efficiencies
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
Requirements
• CA(SA) qualification — essential
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Financial Management capacity
• Proven leadership experience within a complex operational environment
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence decision-making
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central or similar
• Advanced reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate effectively under pressure and within strict deadlines
Advantageous Experience
Candidates with exposure to operationally intensive industries such as supply chain, distribution,
logistics, manufacturing, imports/exports, or related sectors will be highly regarded.
