Head of Human Resources – Mexico

We are currently seeking a Head of Human Resources for Mexico, a strategic and courageous HR professional who will act as a trusted advisor to the business, shaping a high-performance culture while enabling growth, transformation, and employee engagement across the country.
What will you do?
Act as a strategic HR partner to the Mexico leadership team, supporting business growth, organizational effectiveness, and cultural transformation.
Responsable for the operation excellence and responsable for some varibles for the P&L.
Lead the end-to-end HR agenda in Mexico, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Compliance.
Drive leadership development, succession planning, and talent strategies aligned with global and regional priorities.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, while upholding global HR policies and ethical standards.
Coach and support leaders in complex employee matters, organizational change, and performance management.
Create and Innovate the enviroment to encourage and mantain Ingram Micro Mexico in the top companies of the Great Place to Work.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership roles.
Proven experience supporting complex, fast-paced business environments, ideally within global or matrix organizations.
Experience leading organizational transformation, change management, and leadership advisory.
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong business acumen.
Advanced English (required to global interaction).
