Key Areas of Responsibility
- Lead the month-end close process for cash management entries across global banks, ensuring accuracy, completeness and adherence to close timelines.
- Apply a sound understanding of the SOX control framework across global entities, ensuring cash and intercompany processes comply with key controls and audit requirements.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, investigate flux variances and drive the reduction of unreconciled balances.
- Prepare and post global journal entries in Oracle at both the primary ledger and consolidation ledger levels.
- Perform and review intercompany reconciliations, including complex multi-currency balances, and work with counterparties to resolve mismatches in a timely manner.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or CA Inter
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- CA or MBA (Finance) - 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
