Job Description:
Brixx & Barley in Long Beach is looking for a reliable, hardworking Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team! We're seeking someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, stretch, top, and bake pizzas while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pizza station.
- Assist with food preparation, stocking, and daily kitchen operations.
- Help operate the pizza counter and assist customers when additional support is needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Qualifications:
- Previous pizza-making experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to assist at the pizza counter as needed.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and evenings as required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary: $65,000–$70,000.
