Description
We are looking for a Landscape Project Estimator experience to work in our fast-growing company. We value honesty, reliability and treating our employees professionally and with integrity. The right candidate will need to have a track record of successfully estimating small to multi-million-dollar projects from custom high-end design projects to site improvements.
What You will do as a Landscape Project Estimator:
· Coordinate total estimating effort relevant to projects
· Review specifications, drawings to determine scope of work and estimate
· Preparation of bid schedules of projects being estimated
· Estimate projects
· Make recommendations based on cost, engineering quality and material availability
What You will Need a Landscape Project Estimator:
· 3 or more years of relevant experience estimating landscape projects
· Strong experience in landscape design and estimating
· Project Management experience a plus
· Estimating experience is a requirement
