What You'll Do

• Help homebuyers and homeowners identify the right purchase and refinance financing solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Realtors, builders, referral partners, and past clients.
• Build and grow your personal mortgage business through relationship development and business development activities.
• Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application through closing.
• Collaborate with experienced processing, underwriting, and operational teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Stay informed about mortgage products, market opportunities, and industry developments.

What We're Looking For

• An active NMLS license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Mortgage lending experience preferred; motivated candidates with a desire to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a successful mortgage business.
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and delivering an outstanding borrower experience.
