THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with physical injuries or disabilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to restore strength, mobility, and function. You will collaborate with rehabilitation professionals, patients, and caregivers to support treatment goals and discharge planning.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Document treatment sessions, patient progress, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with rehabilitation teams and participate in discharge planning
• Establish positive therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers
• Perform other assigned duties within the scope of physical therapy practice

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program REQUIRED
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license authorizing practice in Arizona REQUIRED
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification REQUIRED
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to establish positive patient relationships REQUIRED
