As a Machine Operator II, you will operate and maintain complex manufacturing equipment. You will also collaborate with the team to maintain production efficiency and meet targets. Operating and monitoring a variety of machines to ensure consistent quality and output. Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Conducting regular inspections of machinery and performing preventive maintenance as needed. Supporting new machine operators and encouraging cross-functional collaboration with other departments. Seeking ways to improve machine efficiency and reduce wastage to increase productivity. Machine Uptime Rate Throughput Rate Quality of produced parts Education - Have experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting Knowledge - Be familiar with various types of machinery and their functions Knowledge - Be familiar with quality control procedures and inspection techniques Skill - Be able to communicate effectively with team members Skill - Be able to stand for long periods of time Action Oriented - Enjoys working hard; is action oriented and full of energy for the things that he/she sees as challenging; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning; seizes opportunities when they arise. Learning on the Fly - Learns quickly when facing new problems; a relentless and versatile learner; open to change; analyzes both successes and failures for clues to improvement; experiments and will try anything to find solutions; enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks; quickly grasps the essence and the underlying structure of anything.
