The Position
The Maintenance & Engineering Manager will report to the General Manager. The Maintenance & Engineering Manager will have multiple direct report and indirect reports and will be responsible for Maintenance, Reliability and Project Engineering within the facility.
Candidate Qualifications
Additional qualifications include:
- Prior experience managing a Maintenance Team
- Ability to manage a budget
- Preventative Maintenance and Troubleshooting background along with maintaining inventory systems
- Knowledge of Maintenance, Quality and Planning
- Ability to make data-based decisions using the Lean/Six Sigma Methodology
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Passion and sense of urgency
- Strong leadership skills
- Prior experience working within Manufacturing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Able to work within the United States
Compensation
Our client offers a competitive base compensation plus a bonus opportunity. In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, educational assistance, and training programs.
Base Salary: $120K - $130K or higher
Annual Bonus: $20K - $25K
Total compensation $140K - $155K
Company will support relocation to the market
