Customer Support Representative – Czech/Slovak & English | Remote Bulgaria

We are recruiting Customer Support Representatives fluent in Czech/Slovak and English for a fully remote position based anywhere in Bulgaria.

Your Role

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a clear, professional manner.
  
• Provide accurate, reliable, and complete information tailored to each customer's request.
  
• Identify customer needs and resolve questions efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
  
• Maintain high service quality and represent the brand with a customer-first approach.
  
• Handle communications primarily in Czech/Slovak alongside English.
  
• Collaborate closely with team members and internal support functions.
  

Your Qualifications

• Fluency in Czech and/or Slovak (native or near-native level).
  
• Solid working proficiency in English.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  
• Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn.
  
• Ability to work effectively from home independently and as part of a distributed team.
  
• No previous customer support experience required — fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome.
