We are recruiting Implementation Specialists on behalf of our client, a leading provider of workplace technology and visitor management software, based in Northampton.

Are you experienced in software implementation, customer onboarding or SaaS? Our client is looking for organised, customer-focused individuals to join their growing team.

You'll support customers through software implementations, platform transitions and onboarding, ensuring they get the most out of their technology. This is a great opportunity to combine your technical knowledge, problem-solving skills and passion for customer service!

 

What Will You Be Doing?

• Managing customer implementations from initial onboarding through to successful launch.
• Working closely with customers to understand their business needs, requirements and workflows.
• Helping customers configure and navigate software platforms to suit their individual requirements.
• Supporting customers through software migrations and platform transitions.
• Delivering customer training, guidance and ongoing adoption support.
• Leading customer meetings, providing updates and ensuring implementation plans stay on track.
• Troubleshooting issues and working with internal teams to find effective solutions.
• Building strong customer relationships and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintaining accurate customer records, implementation plans and documentation.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

 

What Are We Looking For?

• Previous experience in SaaS, software implementation, customer onboarding or a similar technology-focused role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence communicating with customers and leading meetings or training sessions.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using technology and quick to learn new systems and software.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable experience:

• Experience managing software migrations or platform transitions.
• Familiarity with CRM or customer support systems.
• Experience working with customers across different industries.
• Knowledge of compliance-driven or operational software environments.
