Bilingual English/Mandarin candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Mandarin language skills are valued for assisting prospective residents and supporting our diverse communities. Candidates must be comfortable communicating in English for interviews, daily workplace communication, and job responsibilities.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Meet and exceed daily and monthly leasing goals
Engage with prospective residents by phone, email, and in person
Conduct property tours and actively work toward closing leases
Follow up with prospective residents in a timely and professional manner
Complete leasing paperwork accurately and efficiently
Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents
Assist Mandarin-speaking prospects and residents when needed
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of consistent experience in sales and/or customer service preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Bilingual English/Mandarin (Chinese) candidates strongly encouraged to apply
Professional appearance and a confident, engaging personality
Highly motivated, goal-driven, and competitive, with a passion for sales
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Availability to work weekends, with weekdays off
Retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing sales experience is a plus
