We are looking for an experienced Program & Project Management Manager to lead complex, end-to-end projects and strategic initiatives. This role will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery while managing client relationships, teams, financial performance, risks, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from planning and solution design through implementation and delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, KPIs, SLAs, and overall performance.
• Build strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and expectations.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams, including large teams across multiple locations.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, and budget optimization.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Account teams to identify new business and growth opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and high-quality delivery.

Job Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Project Management Life Science industry.
• Experience managing large teams, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, financial management, risk management, and operational delivery.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams, locations, and priorities.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT 5, or similar certifications are a plus.
• Master’s degree in Project Management or a related field is a plus.
