  • Prioritise product features and enhancements based on business value, user needs, and delivery feasibility.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), product releases, and post-launch improvements.

2. Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies, delivery schedules, and project milestones.
  • Engage stakeholders to align expectations, resolve issues, and communicate product progress.

  • Support PMO activities, including risk management, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and milestone monitoring.
  • Maintain programme documentation, progress reports, and governance records.
  • Monitor programme performance and ensure compliance with relevant security, regulatory, and quality requirements.
  • Identify potential delivery risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

4. Product Performance & Process Improvement

  • Track product performance using KPIs, user feedback, and operational metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product adoption, user experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and implement scalable operational improvements.
  • Support change management initiatives, user training, and process documentation to facilitate product adoption.
  • Undertake additional PMO-related responsibilities as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are advantageous.

  • Hands-on experience managing the product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, backlog prioritisation, Agile development, UAT, and production releases.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver digital products and process improvements.
  • Familiarity with PMO governance, risk management, budget monitoring, and programme coordination.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and product development processes.

  • Experience analysing KPIs, product performance, and user feedback to support data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective process improvements.
