Drive Thru Manager

Chick-fil-A Ponce & Boulevard is on the lookout for an energetic and organized Drive Thru Manager to lead our drive-thru operations. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind delivering quick, friendly, and efficient service to our customers. You'll oversee Drive Thru performance, manage staff, and ensure that everything runs smoothly from order taking to food delivery. The ideal candidate is passionate about food service management, has strong leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction is top priority.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate drive-thru team members to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment.
• Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Manage Commerce Point for order processing and cash handling.
• Train staff on food safety practices, customer service excellence, and operational procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism, aiming for positive resolutions that promote loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management, with a background in food preparation and kitchen management preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems; cash handling experience is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing hospitality teams or supervising staff in a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory control, and food handling procedures.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively train staff, manage shifts, and interact with customers.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience in managing hospitality or restaurant operations, including budgeting and profit analysis.
