Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes navigating software applications, managing emails, and utilizing online resources effectively.

Customer Service Experience (B219)Candidates should possess a background in customer service. This experience should reflect the ability to communicate effectively, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience for clients or customers.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized personnel and visitor entry as directed, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation.
• Support the orderly flow of vehicles, deliveries, and personnel while communicating professionally with warehouse staff, drivers, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
