As a Managed Services - Treasury Finance - Senior Manager, you will lead treasury finance service delivery work that supports client operations, process optimization, data review, quality controls, and escalation management within our Assurance practice. As a Senior Manager you will bring strategic direction, sound judgment, and a coaching mindset to complex workstreams, guiding teams through ambiguity, shaping clear client communication, and driving operational excellence across multiple priorities.

In this role at PwC, you will oversee outsourced treasury finance processes, help refine service delivery approaches, and support a team that delivers consistent, process-driven results for clients while advancing the Managed Service Delivery Generalist career path.

Responsibilities

Lead Treasury accounting and reporting operations, ensuring accurate month-end close, reconciliations, US GAAP financial statements, audit support, and governance across Treasury processes.

Manage and develop high-performing teams, focusing on training, mentoring, KPI monitoring, stakeholder management, error reduction, process improvement, and delivery under tight deadlines.

Brings relevant experience, preferably including 7+ years in Big 4 audit, with strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC disclosures, Treasury products, advanced Excel, and preferably a CPA/CFA/CA qualification.

- At least 10-12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
