Description
Noel Group is currently recruiting Part-Time Exam Supervisors on behalf of a Public Sector Education and Training Board (ETB) school for upcoming examination periods.
This is an excellent opportunity for professional, reliable, and vigilant individuals seeking flexible part-time work within an educational environment. Successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring examinations are conducted in line with established procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise students during examinations to ensure a fair and secure testing environment
- Distribute, collect, and account for examination papers and materials
- Ensure all examination rules and procedures are adhered to
- Monitor examination rooms and maintain a calm, professional atmosphere
- Record and report any incidents, disruptions, or breaches of exam regulations
- Assist with examination room preparation and setup before each session
- Support students and school staff as required during examination periods
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- GV will be Carreid out
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Ability to remain calm and focused for extended periods
- Previous experience in supervision, administration, education, customer service, or a similar role is desirable
- Garda Vetting may be required for successful candidates
- Must be available for morning and/or afternoon exam sessions during examination periods
