Associate Dentist – Peachtree City, GA

Job Type: Full-time (Tuesday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

An established, highly rated practice in Peachtree City, GA is recruiting an Associate Dentist to step into a busy schedule. This position is ideal for a collaborative practitioner seeking a predictable 4-day workweek with strong earning potential and mentorship.

Practice Highlights:

• Established Patient Base: Inherit a busy schedule and receive a generous share of the ~80 new patients arriving each month.
• Modern Facility: Equipped with digital scanners and supported by a 5.0-star Google rating.
• Mentorship & Support: Work alongside two experienced dentists who enjoy offering clinical mentorship.
• Work-Life Balance: Tuesday through Friday schedule with no weekend hours.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage 1–2 operative columns efficiently.
• Perform hygiene checks for 1–2 hygiene columns.
• Deliver comprehensive patient care in a mixed PPO and fee-for-service environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $144,000 annual base guarantee (negotiable based on experience).
• Incentive Pay: 33% to 35% of collections with no lab fee deductions.
• Health insurance coverage.
• 401(k) retirement plan.
• Continuing education (CE) stipend.

Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental program.
• Active Georgia dental license (or license-eligible).
• 1+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
