Billing Coordinator - URGENT

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our client's team.

This role is suited to someone who is organized, enjoys working with numbers and takes pride in getting things right. You will be responsible for preparing and processing customer invoices, checking billing details and ensuring all charges are accurate and submitted on time.

Working closely with internal teams and customers, you will help ensure the billing process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Review billing details and supporting documents to ensure charges are correct.
• Verify rates, service details and additional charges before invoicing.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Respond to customer and internal enquiries relating to invoices.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
• Work closely with operations and accounts teams to resolve billing issues.
• Assist with billing reconciliations and general administration.

About You – The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a Billing, Invoicing or Accounts Administration role.
• Experience in the Logistics, Transport or Freight industry will be highly regarded.
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with invoices, rates and billing information.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage deadlines and prioritise daily tasks.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and accounting or billing systems.
• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of your work.
