Dixon Engineering is hiring dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Field Technicians/Coating's Inspectors. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with construction-related experience who want hands-on training, travel opportunities, and a clear path for career growth in the coatings and engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with coating inspections on construction and infrastructure projects
- Document findings and complete detailed field inspection reports
- Operate and support the use of specialized field-testing equipment
- Work alongside experienced engineers and inspectors in the field
- Follow company inspection procedures, safety standards, and best practices
Qualifications
- Construction-related experience (work, trade school, internships, or projects)
- Ability to work at heights up to 150 feet and in outdoor environments
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Willingness to travel for project assignments
- Strong attention to detail, safety focus, and teamwork skills
- Reliable, positive attitude, and desire to learn
