Description
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of robotics software engineers. Drive the definition, planning, and execution of projects involving real-world deployment of learned policies on complex robots. Engage in hands-on development, implementation, and deployment of real-time software stacks. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, supporting work such as prototypes, open-source software releases, patents, and publications. Collaborate with product, hardware, and software teams to translate engineering work into impactful products. Support career development, performance management, and recruitment of top talent. Experience with robot simulation tools. Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow) and physics simulation tools (Isaac Sim).
