We are urgently hiring D365 Specialist D365 Technical Specialists with Functional understanding The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise across D365 F&O and/or CE, combined with functional understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service processes, to drive implementation, customization, and integration. D365 CE or F&O rollout experience would be a big plus. Preferred / Good-to have:Microsoft certifications (D365 F&O / CE / Power Platform)Experience in manufacturing / industrial domainExposure to global template rollouts and multi-country/entity deployments Experience Requirements5 – 8 years: Strong developer / senior developer with multi-module exposure (in CE or F&O)8 – 12 years: Tech lead / module owner with end-to-end implementation exposure12 – 15 years: Senior SME / solution lead with architecture awarenessD365 Platform Expertise· Strong hands-on experience across (module experience can vary across candidates):o D365 F&O: Finance, Supply Chain Managemento D365 CE: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service· Experience in multiple end-to-end D365 implementations / rolloutsTechnical Skills· Proficiency in:o X++, C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScripto SQL Server, SSRS, Power Platform· Experience with:o Dataverse, plugins, PCF controlso Integrations (OData, APIs, Azure services, middleware, etc.)· Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines· Power Platform Admin Center / Lifecycle Services (LCS) and environment management· Power Platform: Power Apps, Power AutomateStrong Functional Understanding (candidates can be proficient in at least one of the following)· Finance processes (GL, AP/AR, FA, costing, etc.)· Supply Chain (WM, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing)· Sales· Customer Service· Field ServiceKey Responsibilities· Develop and implement customizations and extensions across D365 F&O and CE modules· Develop technical components including:· Plugins, workflows, integrations, data entities, batch jobs· Extensions using standard Microsoft frameworks· Design and implement integrations with: ERP/legacy systems, third-party applications· Azure services (Logic Apps, APIs, Service Bus)· Data migration, data validation, and synchronization· Ensure adherence to DevOps and CI/CD practices
