Leading Production scheduling & planning for Egypt Beverage, & capacity plaining for strategic planning & growth

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly production plan per category to fulfill both export and local market demand ensuring sales AOP volume delivery. 
•  Optimizing the annual production plan fulfilling demand and optimizing the spendings.
• Align and cascade full year phased production plan with SC teams (manufacturing, deployment planning, material planning and fright teams).
• Develop 5 years production plan per pack collaborating with engineering team according to demand signal and capacity chart, planning ahead unlocking any volume constrains.
• Set daily and weekly production plans according to sales AOP, accommodating any forecast amendments due to market dynamics and avoiding any deviations that can hinder achieving FY targets.
• Develop RCA and corrective actions for weekly master production plan runs on ISCP system and collaborate with sector team to ensure achieving production planning FY targets.
• Collaborate with material planning team synchronizing monthly/weekly production plans with respect to RM stocks and deliveries.
• Review daily production attainment, analyze the gap between planned and actual volumes in coordination with manufacturing team and ensure monthly production plan compliance.
• Collaborating with manufacturing and engineering teams, securing production lines overhaling dates and maintenance activities synchronizing with monthly production plans without affecting volume delivery.
• Connect periodically and team up with commercial team launching new SKUs.

Qualifications

3-6 years in Planning Role

Bachelor of Engineering Science Degree

Communication, Negotiation & leadership skills

Planning tools (DPP, SAP, JDA,...)
