- Bachelor's degree in human services field and proven successfully developed skills in human services, crisis intervention, case coordination or discharge planning.
- Well-developed critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.
- Ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals of all disciplines.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Multi-tasking and task management essential. Basic computer knowledge.
- Care will be given in in-patient and Emergency Room settings
