Join EPL Advisory as a Capital Raiser, where you'll identify, qualify, and build relationships with institutional capital sources (family offices, PE funds) for our Series A+ clients. Your responsibilities include conducting market intelligence, managing investor outreach, coordinating meetings, and providing strategic feedback on investor appetite and deal structure preferences. You'll report directly to the Managing Partner. This is a success-fee based role with no salary component, where you earn a percentage of fees generated from clients on which you provide material investor development services, paid upon capital close. The position requires 5+ years in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or institutional fundraising, with a strong network in the capital ecosystem and preferably experience in real estate, B2B tech, or cleantech.

EPL Advisory is a boutique M&A and capital formation firm specializing in fundraising for Series A+ companies. We partner with founders to raise institutional capital from family offices and PE funds.
We're looking for a **Capital Raiser** to join our investor development team.
## Tasks
**The Role:**
Identify, qualify, and build relationships with institutional capital sources (family offices, PE funds) for our clients. You'll conduct market intelligence, manage investor outreach, coordinate meetings, and provide strategic feedback on investor appetite and deal structure preferences. You report directly to the Managing Partner.
## Requirements
**What We Need:**
- 5+ years in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or institutional fundraising
- Proven success building relationships with institutional investors
- Strong network in the capital ecosystem
- Real estate, B2B tech, or cleantech experience a plus
- Valid FINRA license (Series 7, 63, 65, or 79). If unlicensed, you must be willing to obtain licensure within 90 days. We'll sponsor the process internally.
- Clean compliance background
