General Purpose of Job:

Position provides technical support in the area of health information management.  Support may involve retrieval of medical records, response to release of information requests, filing medical records, record analysis, physician medical record completion, medical transcription processing or scanning medical records.

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
