As an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Our treatment sessions are individualized, allowing a patient-centered focus and approach. Job Description:
At Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, we’re building more than outpatient clinics — we’re creating career pathways for physical therapists who want growth, mentorship, leadership, and long-term opportunities.
Our Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including new-grad mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.
With productivity expectations below many industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high-quality patient care. We foster a culture centered on professional growth, hands-on learning, strong clinical relationships, collaboration, and long-term career stability.
Compensation:
$82,000 to $105,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.)
If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 a paycheck ($31,000 annually).
Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current or pending PT licensure in the respective state
