Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the delivery of the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service
Establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship
At opening and closing, follow procedures for ensuring areas are ready for the day’s business with proper mis-en-place and table set ups
Job Requirements:
3 years Food & Beverage working experience with at least 6 months solid experience in supervising and running the daily operation
Form 3 or above
Excellent language skills in Mandarin and Cantonese, average in English
Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
