Sr. Strategic Category Analyst II

Performance Tracking: Monitor cost performance across key dimensions, including the overall project and critical areas. Facilitate ideation and evaluation sessions across different functions. Provide Insights: Offer insights on procurement cost-related aspects, including systems, processes, competitiveness benchmarking, and opportunities. Is highly skilled in analytical thinking and problem solving skills with attention to detail. Demonstrates strong communication, influencing team members and senior leaders. Embraces a positive attitude for collaborating across different global regions and cultures. Is agile in adopting new methods and tools for continuous improvement. Thrives in a global, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. 3-5 years of relevant experience in cost management, cost controls, quantity surveying, or business analytics, particularly in Semiconductor / Cleanroom. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management. Experience with mega-capital project including construction and/or infrastructure procurement and/or project controls. Understanding of various construction delivery models and contracting methods (GMP, lump sum, unit price, time and materials, etc.). Strong proficiency with data management, data analysis and reporting tools: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL, PowerBI, SharePoint, etc. Experience with procurement systems: SAP, Scout, etc. Knowledge of project management methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English and Mandarin fluency required; Japanese fluency is a plus
