Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co., Ltd is currently seeking applicants for a Chief Engineer. Responsible for planning, improving and sustaining manufacturing processes to achieve the highest product yield, quality and reliability so that enhance company image as a quality and cost competitive supplier

Job Location: Improve yield, UPH, quality, process capability and reduce the defects of products

Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co., Ltd one of the world's foremost manufacturers of power MOSFETs is in Nanzih Technology Industrial Park, Kaohsiung which is home to several semiconductor packaging and advanced semiconductor engineering group. Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co., Ltd MOSFET product line includes a diverse range of advanced technologies. We are one of the pioneering corporations that invested in semiconductor packaging in Taiwan founded in 1974 with around 600 employees. It is very convenient to visit us through public transportation: bus lines and just 8 mins walk from Nanzih Export Processing Zone MRT station and 10 mins drive time from Zuoyang High speed rail station.

What you will be doing:

• Assist the proper training to operators/ inspectors in production operations。.
• Evaluate new material and second source material for cost saving and quality improvement
• Communicate with SCLA, or other areas regarding product/process issue.
• Work with product engineering for lot disposition due to SBA, LAT failures.
• Coordinate with QRA engineering in developing inspection plan for acceptance

What you will bring along:

• 0-4+ years in semiconductor and process engineering required.
• Familiarity with MS Office software.
• Bachelor or Master Degree
