Help us to anticipate diseases together with our Management Accounting Area.
Required training: Currently studying Accounting or Administration degree.
Minimum of 1 year to finish or at least 60% of the academic program completed.
Other requirements: You must be enrolled in a university in Costa Rica for the entire duration of the internship
Language requirements: Advanced English
Expected start date: September 2026

What will you do?
Skills and Learning:
- Support financial reconciliations and reporting activities to help ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with inventory processes and cost analysis activities to support data quality and business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address accounting questions and help resolve issues.
- Prepare documentation related to audits and internal controls.
- Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Provide support in accounting, cost analysis, or shared service environment activities as part of the role exposure.
- Support audit and internal control processes while developing practical understanding of these areas.

What are we looking for?
Required qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting and Business Administration.
- Must be actively enrolled in a university in Costa Rica throughout the full duration of the internship.
- Advanced English proficiency, spoken and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, such as pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with different teams.
The following qualifications are considered as plus:
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of audit processes and internal controls is a plus.
- Interest in continuous improvement and project management.
- Intermediate proficiency in French is preferred.
