Other requirements: You must be enrolled in a university in Costa Rica for the entire duration of the internship

What will you do?

Skills and Learning:

• Support financial reconciliations and reporting activities to help ensure accuracy and compliance. 

• Assist with inventory processes and cost analysis activities to support data quality and business decisions. 

• Collaborate with internal teams to address accounting questions and help resolve issues. 

• Prepare documentation related to audits and internal controls. 

• Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to process improvement initiatives. 

• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives. 

• Provide support in accounting, cost analysis, or shared service environment activities as part of the role exposure. 

• Support audit and internal control processes while developing practical understanding of these areas.

What are we looking for?

Required qualifications 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting and Business Administration.
• Must be actively enrolled in a university in Costa Rica throughout the full duration of the internship. 

• Advanced English proficiency, spoken and written. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, such as pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis. 

• Curiosity, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with different teams. 

The following qualifications are considered as plus:

• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus. 

• Knowledge of audit processes and internal controls is a plus.
• Interest in continuous improvement and project management. 

• Intermediate proficiency in French is preferred.
