We are seeking a Trainee Sourcing Specialist, to join our team. As a Trainee Sourcing Specialist, you will support clinical research talent acquisition activities that advance new treatments for patients by building and managing high-quality candidate pipelines. This position plays a key role in sourcing excellence, candidate engagement, talent pipeline development, and recruitment strategy execution. You'll collaborate with cross-functional recruitment teams, follow industry-standard sourcing processes, and contribute to talent acquisition from strategy through candidate placement. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying top talent through multiple sourcing channels, with opportunities to deepen your expertise and influence hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively manage candidate pipelines and accurately disposition candidates based on role requirements and client needs
  • Create target lists to identify competitor organizations and potential candidates, and generate interest in available roles and client companies
  • Conduct phone screenings of qualified applicants and manage high-volume candidate interactions with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Utilize networking opportunities including community groups and professional associations to identify qualified candidate referrals
  • Manage job postings on job boards and social media channels to maximize candidate reach and sourcing effectiveness
  • Identify user groups and professional associations that can help generate qualified candidates for clinical research roles
  • Provide sourcing results in reportable formats to support talent acquisition strategy and decision-making
  • Support talent community development and high-volume communication initiatives, including recruitment drives and email campaigns, in collaboration with Recruitment Managers

Candidate Profile

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet-based tools, and database applications for sourcing and pipeline management
  • A patient-focused mindset and commitment to supporting clinical research excellence

Required Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources 2026 passed outs and bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences would be a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Effective time management skills to meet deliverables
  • Willingness to take ownership of high-volume phone outreach and candidate interactions
