As a Contracting Risk & Independence Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Office of General Counsel (OGC) by overseeing contracting processes and confirming compliance with risk and independence standards. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage your skills to provide strategic input into the firm’s business strategies, driving operational excellence and delivering quality results. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with key stakeholders to drive project success. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. Responsibilities

- Leading contract lifecycle management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Overseeing contract negotiation processes to mitigate potential risks
- Implementing contract compliance strategies to align with legal standards
- Conducting contract analysis to identify and address contractual risks
- Managing contract databases to streamline access and retrieval of information
- Developing contract remediation plans to resolve compliance issues
- Facilitating contract drafting and review to support business objectives
- Utilizing contract administration best practices to optimize contract performance
- Providing strategic input on contractual risk assessment methodologies
- Collaborating with stakeholders to improve contract management processes
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
