First (Days)Overview:
Sentara Health is currently hiring a full time, day shift Patient Experience Consultant. This will be a shared position between Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center in Williamsburg, VA and Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, VA, to support Patient Experience for both hospitals. Candidate must be flexible to split their time between both locations, as needed
Hours
Monday - Friday: 8am to 4:30pm
No weekends, No holidays
Overview
The Patient Experience Consultant is responsible for all levels of internal and external stakeholders to champion and manage continual patient experience programming. Responsible and accountable for the daily operations of one or more healthcare service lines of business. Models and leads professional practices consistent with organizational goals of safety, customer satisfaction and quality for the areas of expertise.
Education
Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)
Experience
Three (3) years of previous experience in the following: Project Management, Customer Relations, and Healthcare (Required)
