Description
Join an established fire protection contractor specialising in vehicle fire suppression and become part of an experienced team supporting mine sites throughout the Pilbara.
Working across mining and mobile plant equipment, you'll primarily undertake servicing, maintenance, fault finding, breakdown response and repairs across a wide range of vehicle fire suppression systems, with installations completed as required. You'll continue developing your technical skills by gaining experience with a diverse range of vehicle fire suppression systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Primarily service, maintenance, fault finding and breakdown response, with installations as required.
- Complete repairs and system upgrades.
- Inspect equipment and identify maintenance requirements.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and compliance records.
- Build effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Contribute to the efficient delivery of scheduled service activities.
About You
- Demonstrated experience working with vehicle fire suppression systems.
- Working knowledge of relevant Australian Standards.
- Certificate II in Fire Protection Inspection and Testing highly regarded.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team outcomes.
- Strong organisational skills with a commitment to safety and customer service.
- Current WA Driver's Licence.
- Ability to work an 8:6 or 7:7 FIFO roster.
- Full, ongoing and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
