Now Hiring: Sales Intelligence Specialist

Behind every successful luxury sale is meaningful intelligence. As our Sales Intelligence Specialist, you'll transform data into opportunity by uncovering insights that help our Sales Consultants build stronger client relationships and close extraordinary transactions. 


This is far more than a CRM or research position. You'll combine wealth intelligence, market research, clienteling strategies, and consumer behavior analysis to identify buying signals, uncover emerging opportunities, and deliver customized prospect intelligence that directly supports one of the country's premier luxury sales organizations.Working with Salesforce, Windfall, and other research tools, you'll help identify qualified prospects, enrich client profiles, monitor engagement activity, and provide real-time intelligence that allows our Sales Consultants to engage clients with precision and confidence.

Your Role Will Include

  • Analyze Salesforce and other data sources to identify high-value prospects, referral opportunities, inactive clients, and emerging sales opportunities. 
  • Research and enrich client profiles with wealth intelligence, luxury purchasing behavior, interests, and significant life events. 
  • Monitor public records, auction activity, and wealth intelligence platforms to identify meaningful buying signals. 
  • Develop customized prospect lists and strategic outreach recommendations tailored to individual Sales Consultants. 
  • Conduct real-time research supporting inbound inquiries and active sales opportunities. 
  • Deliver qualified leads and actionable client intelligence that accelerates movement through the sales pipeline. 
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on targeted campaigns and clienteling initiatives. 
  • Maintain CRM accuracy while recommending improvements to lead management and data quality. 
  • Welcome and qualify gallery visitors before connecting prospective buyers with the appropriate Sales Consultant. 
  • Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience through professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Luxury Brand Management, or a related field preferred 
  • Two or more years of experience supporting sales, client development, CRM management, relationship management, luxury retail, or hospitality 
  • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform 
  • Exceptional analytical, research, and organizational skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities 
  • High emotional intelligence with outstanding interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or luxury clientele 
  • Experience with Windfall or other wealth intelligence platforms 
  • Knowledge of clienteling strategies and data enrichment tools 
  • Experience interpreting customer behavior and engagement analytics 
  • Passion for luxury brands, relationship building, and exceptional customer experiences

Compensation & Work Schedule

  • Compensation consists of a highly competitive salary commensurate with experience, with eligibility for quarterly and annual bonus opportunities.
  • This is a full-time exempt position. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Occasional evening work may be required to support client events or business needs.
