Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM 

 

We are currently seeking a new Client Services Representative to join our SkinPath Solutions team in Smyrna, Georgia! SkinPath Solutions, an affiliate of Anne Arundel Dermatology, is a fast pace, high volume Dermatolopathology laboratory, specializing in the diagnosis of skin, hair, and nail disorders. The highly skilled and experienced technologists provide expert evaluation of the biopsy specimen on state of the art equipment, along with clinical correlation in order to arrive at an accurate diagnosis for the clinical healthcare provider.

Responsibilities

The Client Services Representative reports to the Office Manager 

 

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Send outs for consults, Castle, Nongenomic, IF’s, Cultures
• Log Castle send outs
• Email the Marketing team the Castle log on a monthly basis
• Run and distribute assist numbers
• Cover reception for lunch and days off
• Add new locations and physicians to IP
• Send out weekly report (email and release billing once approved by office)
• Send out monthly self-pay/discount audit MCBS
• Send out monthly missing accession numbers re-released to MCBS
• Quarterly client bill numbers
• Sort mail
• Take billing calls from patients and offices
• Obtain information requested from billing including updated addresses, insurance information, medical records and corrected patient demos
• Request outside consults, take to doctors and return slides when complete
• Distribute consults to doctors
• Send re-cuts for send out to the physician
• Test interfaces with clients
• Print FedEx air bills for lab to send with canisters
• Fill out supply orders (run client numbers to make sure were sending enough)
• Work with sales, and address any issues
• Work with Agillaire on any issues with results not crossing to web/interface
• Run PCG report for lab to return slides, put in courier order for pickup
• Update self-pay pricing yearly
• Reach out to physician’s office when info does not cross into our system
• Other duties assigned as deemed necessary by management. 

Qualifications

Education and Experience: 

• High school diploma required 
• Must have excellent grammar, phone etiquette, and strong administrative skills with the ability to compile and create reports/communications with no errors in spelling or punctuation. 
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
