We are seeking a talented individual to join our Customer Engagement team at Mercer Super. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Digital Product Manager – Adviser & Employer
In this role, you will lead the strategy, roadmap and ongoing optimisation of our digital experience for advisers and employers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, technology teams and users to improve customer journeys, increase digital adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract
We will count on you to:
- Lead the product lifecycle for digital products and features, from idea generation through to launch, optimisation and retirement
- Develop and maintain a prioritised product roadmap informed by customer insights, analytics and business strategy
- Champion customer experience across digital products, with a focus on seamless journeys and high usability
- Conduct user research and usability studies in collaboration with design, development and research teams
- Monitor product performance against key metrics and use testing and data insights to improve features and functionality
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business to align priorities, gain support and drive decisions
What you need to have:
- Demonstrated experience in digital product management or a similar role, ideally including secure portals
- Experience working with usability, customer-focused design and product optimisation
- Well-developed analytical, prioritisation, negotiation and project management skills
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
