We are now looking for Intern, Logistic Planning and Execution to join the team in UPM Business Hub Poland in Wrocław.

In this role, you will handle logistics planning and execution tasks with full responsibility for delivering on promises both internally and externally. You will be part of a diverse team of professionals driving UPM Communication Paper Supply Chain to be a professional and efficient organization.” – Aleksandra Buraczyńska, Team Leader, Supply Chain.

What you will do

• Provide supply chain support in the Logistics Planning and Execution role

• Ensure the correctness of the data and successful transmission of the data between our systems

• Monitor alerts from the systems and raising them to the proper parties for resolution

• Perform simple system movements

• Ensure timely replies to emails

• Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders

• Support the Logistic Planning Team in ad-hoc cases

Who you are

• You are a student or have a relevant university degree or basic experience in logistic planning or supply chain areas and you are available in August and September

• You are willing to learn UPM culture, processes, and organization

• You are willing to work with OTM Cloud Move IT planning system and learn SAP functionalities within the order confirmation area

• You coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders

• You are a team-oriented person and good networker

• You have a solution-oriented mindset and a strong focus on customer satisfaction

• You have an interest in working in international teams and cooperating with multiple teams

• You are fluent in English

Additional information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław.

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Supply Chain.

This position is offering a contract of mandate.
