About the Role

At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, our Marketing Team plays a key role in sharing the story of one of Canada's premier luxury mountain destinations. As a Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator, you will help elevate the resort's presence, build brand awareness, and create meaningful connections with guests through a variety of media and marketing channels.

The role is suited to someone who has a true passion for luxury hospitality, expertise in English copywriting and public relations experience.

What You’ll Do

• Support Director of Public Relations and Marketing to identify and secure media coverage across local, national, and international media.
• Draft press releases, newsletters, and media pitches.
• Craft on-brand copy for social media, newsletters, and website updates.
• Manage updates to the resort website, F&B sites, and OTA listings.
• Coordinate influencer and media visits with detailed briefs and internal communication.
• Monitor media stories, trends, and PR performance; prepare reports.
• Support in optimizing visibility across PR and marketing channels.
• Assist in daily PR and Marketing operations and administrative duties.
• Respond to guest feedback on key sites such as Google Reviews.
• Assist in award recognition to elevate the Resort's profile.
• Represent the Resort and brand in the community.

What You Bring

• Degree required, preferably in Communication.
• 2 years in a similar position with copywriting experience an asset. 
• Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills. 
• Demonstrate creativity and initiative.
